Is it possible to update Codec?

Hi, i am wondering if it's possible to add in new video codec like xvid, ogm....etc??? I have yet to mod my xbox so i'm wondering if it's possible or not.

Hi,

XBMC ( Xbox Media Centre) is a application that allows you to play all the codecs that u mentions in your post. Check it out at www.xboxmediacenter.com

You set has to be modded in order to run this application

hi, the link doesn't work. Ya i plan to mod my xbox to play avi files. My xbox has been collecting dust as i hardly use it, so i was thinking might as well use it to watch my avi. Do u have otehr links or any other links for me to read up on?

he gave you the wrong address.. its www.xboxmediacenter.com ... 'ter' and not 'tre'
