Assuming your xbox and pc network is setup properly, you just need to use a ftp client like flashftp to connect to your xbox (usually the username is xbox, password is xbox) ip address and copy the files over hope this helps Hi guys, I have my PC & Xbox connected via Ethernet cable thru my router modem. Hi, check out this tutorial evox.xboxhackz.net/evox/guides/body_basic_networking.htmlFor router you just need a normal straight/patch network cable from xbox to router. Download FlashFTP here hosting.bizhat.com/btw is your xbox set modded? rdgs mechaman Hi mechaman, I just hooked up the Xbox via Ethernet cable to my router modem...how to ensure it is setup properly? Hi mechaman, Yes...my Xbox was modded by you, don't know which dashboard i use..after bootup to the modded chip,it shows the Xbox logo & then executor at the bottom..what dashboard is this, unleash or evolution?.. After reading thru the tutorial that you provided, i now can confirm that my router modem has assigned a fixed IP address thru DHCP for my Xbox. Do i need to configure in Windows XP for the network? So now i would need to download the flashftp into my computer, after that what's next? Do i need to open the flashftp to transfer the files? Is it drag & drop style? Thanx once again..

Ok ;D The DashBoard is UnleashX, if the ip address is autoassigned then no problem. Yes, make sure your Windows XP connection is also dchp enabled You can map to the xbox drives if you don't want to install a ftp program, check out the following article www.xbox-scene.com/articles/map-xp.phpUsing FlashFTP is easy, install it and checkout the readme file Hi mechaman, Yes...my Xbox was modded by you, don't know which dashboard i use..after bootup to the modded chip,it shows the Xbox logo & then executor at the bottom..what dashboard is this, unleash or evolution?.. default username = xbox default password = xbox In this case it would be simpler to use a ftp client instead connect to the xbox ip address and input the username and password as xbox you should be able to connect to your xbox Hi Alice, Thanx for the reply...but when i tried to drop the files in Xbox e: there is an error shown i cannot input password as xbox...do you know the password for UnleashX dashboard?
